Apple To Win $750m from Samsung

The patient dispute between Apple and Samsung is finally going to come to an end as Samsung agrees to pay Apple $750m as part of a court- ordered settlement.
It all started in 2011 when Samsung copied some of the key features of Apple that had been patented. Which led to the court and judge ordered against Samsung on copying tap to zoom and slide to unlock features.
Apple asked for $3.5 billion but couldn't be able to get that much amount from Samsung and let to $1.3 billion penalty award given by Samsung.
Dispite conteniously lowering the cost of damages, Samsung still unhappy of the ruling. But have agreed to pay the settlement by the end of 16 of this month.

A Spokesman while talking to media said that  “While we’ve agreed to pay Apple, we remain confident that our products do not infringe on Apple’s design patents, and we will continue to take all appropriate measures within the legal system to protect our products and our intellectual property.”
