Taylor Swift's "Look What You Made Me Do" Breaks YouTube Records

Look what you made her do.

While fans' reactions to Taylor Swift 's new song and music video may be mixed, they still broke major records.

"Look What You Made Me Do," the angst-filled new single from her upcoming album Reputation, has been downloaded (legally) more than 184,000 times, and is No. 1 on iTunes, Variety reported Saturday.

In addition, Swift has set the new global first day streaming record for Spotify with over 8 million streams for "Look What You Made Me Do," a rep for the company told the outlet.

Swift's lyric video for the song has also broken a major record on YouTube; The clip reached more than 19 million views in 24 hours, breaking the record for the most views for that type of video on the site. As of Sunday morning, it has been viewed more than 34 million times.

After keeping out of the spotlight for months and after a social media post purge, Swift returned online last week to announce her music comeback. Her new album, her first in three years, will be released in November.

A teaser from the "Look What You Made Me Do" music video was released Friday. Many critics have compared a key scene from it to one from Beyoncé's 2016 hit video "Formation." Swift's music video director, Joseph Kahn, took to Twitter to address the comparisons.

Importance of Information Tech In Agriculture Reforms

Role of Information Tech in Agriculture

Information technology is using computers together with telecommunications equipment for the storage, retrieval, transmission and manipulation of data, among other tasks, which aim to improve the efficiency of different sectors. With the advancement of IT, other sectors benefit from it as well, as it can be used as a tool to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

The successful integration of IT into different sectors has made it possible for people in the IT industry to make changes that can help other sectors, such as agriculture, too. While people may be thinking that IT applications are limited only to those who make use of modern gadgets, or those that focus on numbers and such, the agricultural sector and its production can also benefit from it.

The Importance of Agriculture

Agriculture is an important sector that is vital for the survival of modern man. Plants are the producers of the food chain, and without them, the life cycle would not be possible. Agricultural products, although highly perishable compared to other food sources, are essential for survival. The crops are used to produce various food sources by themselves or through by-products such as bread, powders, organic additives for other products and the like.

The product of agriculture drives trade from one country to another, brings income for farmers, makes productive use of land otherwise inactive, and brings food on the table. It is such an important part of everyone's daily life, even if it is not seen as a direct factor, since production goes long before
Global Impact of IT on Agriculture

It has become a bridge for people all over the world. You may wonder, what is the significance of this when it comes to agriculture? Agriculture can be seen as an art that has been handed down from generation to generation from the first men who learned how to plow the fields and grow their own crops. Techniques and secrets for efficiency and increased yields are also part of the knowledge passed down from generation to generation.

Agricultural practices and developments differ at the global level, as plants have their own differences and location also plays a role in their development. But through the exchange of knowledge of different people involved in agriculture around the world, improved techniques can also be experienced. It has influenced how information is shared and the use of this information for the progress of the agricultural sector has a great positive impact that is beneficial for all.

Computer and Agriculture

At first glance, it can be difficult to see how these different sectors can work together. Agriculture has existed since men learned to take care of their own crops and do not depend on what just grew where it goes. On the other hand, IT is a much younger advancement that man has developed. Hand in hand, IT and agriculture can make progress more visible, shareable and measurable, which is highly beneficial to all who are committed to it.

Traditional agriculture still makes its presence felt in the current production of goods since the foundations of agriculture are a pillar that can not be eliminated from all the processes necessary to cultivate crops. However, with the continued research and collaboration of big agricultural minds around the world, improving crops and finally yielding the "usual" strategy is definitely a positive result that all producers would want.

Because IT encompasses many disciplines, it can also successfully integrate into many different sectors to help them become more efficient and productive. It may take a little getting used to, but when it is successfully integrated into agriculture, it helps a lot and can definitely contribute to positive changes that farmers can test with the growth of their production.
The effects of IT on agriculture

Informatics has entered the agricultural sector, with positive results. To name a few, here are some of its effects:

Improving decision-making - By having the necessary information, farmers - large and small can make better informed decisions about their farming activities. It can be about who to get their grains or perhaps who to sell it, the communication channels that information technology brings makes production even easier distribution for farmers. The knowledge sharing of various countries and organizations also helps farmers become more aware of the factors to consider before making their decisions. Better planning - IT has paved the way to create an agricultural software that can maintain better crop tracking, predict yields, when to better plant and what to plant, to interleave or focus on a single product, or determine the Need of crops, almost everything necessary to improve production and income.

By adjusting to modern agricultural methodologies, farmers can have better control of their crops. Getting information from your farm is essential to maintaining your success and driving greater growth. Community Involvement - There are several programs that are made possible by IT applications, and community participation in agriculture can also be increased. When a community adopts modern methods for agriculture, it is possible to increase the production of local goods. There are some places where people benefit greatly from the land and its resources for agriculture, and with IT, you can improve the union in local farmers, which can lead to improving the overall production of your community that can lead To better income for all involved.

Agricultural advances: IT makes it possible to disseminate information on the latest agricultural developments. When scientists develop new and improved grains or find techniques to help winter crops thrive against the cold, farmers around the world can benefit from the same advances by simply connecting with the rest of the agricultural world. Sharing information to help everyone progress is much easier thanks to the resources available and accessible by IT. Agriculture for all - Farmers have a thorough knowledge when it comes to their trade. However, interested people who can be called backyard farmers can also benefit from how modern technology has changed how agriculture looks. Growing your own sustainable garden of herbs, fruit trees and other agricultural products may be possible on a smaller scale.

Planting is beneficial in more ways than one, and having your own product even helps ensure the freshness and quality of the food your family eats. People just have to open their minds to the infinite possibilities that technological advance can bring to agriculture. Instead of being locked in with traditional sowing strategies, why not get involved in new and improved farming methods?

Today's society can benefit from agricultural advances and live a sustainable life by improving production, harvesting methods and distribution of agricultural products. All these effects and more are possible thanks to the successful combination of IT and agriculture, so farmers are increasingly encouraged to participate in this positive change.

it reaches the hands of all who benefit from it. Because of its importance to society, it is a necessity to evolve with the times and adapt to the needs of modern people. By adapting and using information technology to help improve agricultural progress, all benefit from the union of these sectors.

Be Aware of the Dangers and How to Protect your Investments

How To Do Home Builders Insurance for Property Developers and Individuals

I'm moving a house, what kind of insurance do I need?

The opportunity to make a return on investment in the housing market today has increased the activity of real estate investments in the residential market. We are often asked to secure these projects. Here is a brief explanation of the risks and some methods of protecting your investment.

Script:

John Doe is buying a 1,500-square-foot home bank for $ 50,000. His plan is to invest $ 40,000 to complete the house and sell it for $ 90 per square foot to $ 135,000 with a potential gross profit of $ 45,000. The property is owned by John Doe Investments, LLC. John has a couple of part-time people helping with cleaning, demolition, landscaping, etc. Most of the work is subbed out.

Common Risks:

Damage to its structure by fire, wind, flood, earthquake, etc.

· Theft of building materials

· Injury to visitors, potential buyers, real estate agents and subcontractors, etc.

Damage to property above, property of neighbors, etc.

· Injury to employees who work for you.

Common Risk Management Techniques:

Transfer of risk:

Use subcontractors in the realization of home improvement; Electrical, HVAC, roofing, etc. Be sure to obtain a Certificate of Insurance that demonstrates the appropriate limits of liability and Workers' Compensation. Always obtain the certificate directly from the insurance agency of the subs and always before starting the work.

Risk Financing:

Property Coverage: A Construction Risk Policy covers the project during the construction phase and protects the investor from losses due to fire, wind, hail, etc. Most forms will exclude theft and vandalism, but may be added by endorsement.

Liability: Premises liability can be purchased separately that covers bodily injury and property damage to others arising from the negligence of the contractor / investor. There is usually no product liability coverage for home improvements and workmanship. The contractor can protect his company from the responsibility of the uninsured subcontractor by carrying out a separate liability policy for the obligations of the general contractor.

Workers' Compensation: Even if the general contractor does not have employees, it remains responsible for injuries to subcontractors unless it is transferred to its own insurance policy (see above for Risk Transfer). If the GC collects occasional work even for one day and that person is injured on the job, the GC is responsible. Having a workers compensation policy in place for the GC regardless of whether employees are used protects both from casual work as well as the possibility that the underwriter ends up being a sub insured due to non-payment of premium , etc

Apple to reportedly launch this iPhone in India before the rest of the World

NEW DELHI: Apple fans might finally have been an iPhone that the Cupertino giant launches in India first, even before the USA. And several other European nations. According to a report on the Taiwanese Taiwan Focus website, Apple is planning to update the alignment of its iPhone 4-inch, iPhone SE. The company will launch next year in India, before launching in other geographies.

The report adds that the devices will be manufactured by Taiwan-based OEN Wistron.

To remember, in May of this year Apple partnered with Wistron Corp to mount iPhone smartphones SE in India at a facility in Bengaluru. The report also adds that Wistron will expand its production by adding new production line to manufacture the next generation of iPhone SE. The iPhone maker is also said to be in talks with the Karnataka government for more land, so it can increase production over the next few years.

The report also adds that India-made models for the iPhone SE mean that Apple will get a 10 percent exemption on basic customs duty. This will help the company to launch the models at competitive prices in India. Apple has been looking to beef up its market share in India. At the recent earnings conference, CEO Tim Cook said that Apple is very optimistic in the Indian market.

In April of this year, Apple released the 32GB version of iPhone SE in India. The original iPhone was released in India in April 2016.

Another report from India's Tekz24 website claims to have specification details for the upcoming iPhone SE. According to the report, Apple iPhone SE will be powered by the A10 processor of the iPhone 7, paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone is expected to have a 12MP rear camera with flash and a 5MP front handle. The device will reportedly display a 4.2-inch screen.

Apple will launch its tenth iPhone anniversary this year. It will probably be called iPhone 8, it is said that the smartphone has a 5.8 inch screen with minimal bezels on the top and bottom. Several online reports suggest that the Apple iPhone 8 will have a dual vertical rear camera configuration. The LED flash will be placed between the two sensors in the camera. It is said that the vertical configuration helps Apple to better implement the Augmented Reality features for the device, something that has also been rumored before.
